• Keep away from open flame, dishwashers and microwaves!

• Printed with vegan friendly, non-toxic ink

• All packaging is also 100% plastic free!

• The mugs are handmade in China and hand printed in the UK.

• The enamel surface is a little uneven and so the printing process sometimes leaves some tiny speckles that are visible under very close inspection but we hope you consider to be part of the handmade charm :)

Once you place your order we start making your thing right away. This takes between 2 and 5 working days depending on how busy things are and how complicated it is to make.

Once it's made it gets sent on its way to you right away. So, for example, if you order something within the UK today you would typically have it in your hands in about ten days time (hopefully sooner!).

Making things to order is much better for the environment - it means we are not putting into this world anything that doesn't need to be here so we have no inventory waste (unlike the majority of highstreet shops). It also means that unless you order it, it doesn't exist, so please be mindful. Many of our items are non-returnable.
