Many of our items are made to order and we do not hold stock of these to minimise the effect on the environment so please be mindful when placing your order that you understand the kind of item (and the size, if applicable) that you are ordering.

By placing an order with us you agree to accept this responsibility.

Returns or exchanges for made to order items can only be processed if your order has been misprinted or received damaged.

Items that are not made to order may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days working days. In the event of a return we regret that the original cost of postage and the postage costs of the return cannot be refunded.
