| A: | All orders are shipped from the UK in plastic-free, fully recyclable packaging. |

| A: | We do not currently ship internationally but we plan to in the near future. If you would like to be notified when this service becomes available please sign up to our newsletter (link at foot pf page). |
| Q: | How long does shipping take? |

We aim to dispatch in-house orders within 3 working days. Print-on-demand orders such as art prints are dispatched within 5 working days. We will let you know ASAP if this is going to take longer for any reason. |

Most orders within the UK are sent with Royal Mail.

Many of our items are made to order and we do not hold stock of these to minimise the effect on the environment so please be mindful when placing your order that you understand the kind of item (and the size, if applicable) that you are ordering. By placing an order with us you agree to accept this responsibility. Returns or exchanges for made to order items can only be processed if your order has been misprinted or received damaged. Items that are not made to order may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days working days. In the event of a return we regret that the original cost of postage and the postage costs of the return cannot be refunded. In any case, if you experience a problem with your order please contact us here and we will do our best to help. |
